Hi everyone,
this is a page for me to collate all the information I find on losing weight. I'll include anything anyone wants to send me but please try and include calories and fat content with recipes. I'm following the Scottish Slimmers PEP plan so I'll be including checks too. 1 check is roughly 25 calories. Interestingly, your target weight in kilos is equal to the number of checks needed to maintain that weight. So if your target weight is 60 kilos then you use 60 checks to maintain this weight. Clever, eh? Due to obvious copyright reasons I won't be publishing any Scottish Slimmers recipes, only my own recipes and any sent in by you (providing they are your own or you have permission to use them). If anyone else wants to contribute in anyway then email me. I would particularly like to hear weight-loss success stories, slimming recommendations, feedback on well-known diets, exercise video/dvd reviews, and anything else you think would be useful.
